Passenger Services
We provide a friendly, efficient and professional meet and greet service from the airside, we clear passengers through customs and collect their baggage
Baggage storage and delivery – We offer a safe and secure baggage storage facility. Passengers are met at their arrival flight and hand over all their luggage to us to be stored. All relevant information will be obtained beforehand and we will have luggage ready, waiting for passengers upon their next arrival. Passengers luggage can also be delivered to their hotel, home or office
Passenger Services – People with Special Needs
Doorstep Ramps and Cover Plates – There are several types, each fulfilling different needs. Doorstep ramps are for use in places where there is an existing doorstep – placing the ramp in front of the doorstep compensates for height differences. With cover plates, however, the doorstep is removed and the cover plates are laid completely level with the floor, to avoid any obstacle
Portable Ramps – There are available in a broad range of styles and designs – one of the largest selection in the industry. The ramps are used to negotiate steps and curbs, assisting wheelchair users into cars, or whenever there is a need to overcome height differences
Platform lifts for disabled access – Platform lifts are intended for lifting people with reduced mobility (e.g. wheelchair users, people with walking difficulties, people with delivery equipment) over level differences of up to 3m. Platform lifts require less space than ramp systems and are therefore ideal in places where ramps would be too steep or too long. The platform lifts are often an economical alternative to a lift or a stair lift
Public transport – There is a number of different solutions that range from simple ramp solutions and lifting platforms to more complex and specially designed solutions, which are all intended to create better conditions for passengers in wheelchairs
Bespoke platform lifts & wheelchair access – We offer many different kinds of bespoke platform lifts that combine dignified entrance for people with impaired mobility with nice architecture. In this way, everyone will be able to use the same entrance and do so with dignity instead of being directed to the back entrance
GPS Tracker devices – Devices that can be used to protect people from wandering and getting lost, or be left unattended in any airport area
